Work for Third Parties
GTZ is active on behalf of a number of international clients – in addition to its work in bilateral Development Cooperation for the German Federal Government.
GTZ International Services is our vehicle for offering results-oriented services to third parties on the international market. These services are based on years of experience and top-quality know-how.
GTZ International Services’ major clients are the European Commission in Brussels and its on-site delegations, and the governments of partner countries when funding from their own budgets. Prominent among these at present are the Governments of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States and Ethiopia.
Other important clients are bilateral donors and large private enterprises that are active internationally, whose contribution to the development process is growing. GTZ International Services assists private companies with their direct investments in developing countries and their direct contributions to development projects.
