GTZ-PBC Microfinance Trainee Programme
Eight Chinese young professionals receive hands-on training for a year in order to become microfinance experts. The programme includes classroom training, coaching activities and an internship in a successful microfinance institution abroad. This is the first step in building a sustainable Chinese microfinance training and consulting institution.
