CIM – Integrated Experts at the Centre of the Action
Sino-German cooperation is further supported by the Centrum für Internationale Migration und Entwicklung (CIM), whose experts are integrated into the structure of the partner organization.
Through the CIM Integrated Experts Programme, Chinese organisations needing qualified employees are linked up with highly qualified experts from Germany and other European Union countries.
CIM experts are placed as managers and technical experts in key positions in developing and transition countries. They are completely integrated into local structures and, wherever they are employed, pass on their professional knowledge and make a significant contribution to know-how transfer and capacity building.
By working directly with our partners, these experts contribute to the success and sustainability of cooperation projects.
